Gena Aduddell is the Senior Executive Assistant to co-CEO Royce Ramey, providing proactive, comprehensive support to ensure the executive office runs smoothly while facilitating seamless coordination among departments, clients, and vendors.

With over 30 years of experience in administrative support and human resources, Gena began her career with T. Boone Pickens at Mesa Limited Partnership in Amarillo, later relocating to Dallas with the company. She spent several years in human resources at Bank of America before returning to serve as an Executive Assistant for T. Boone Pickens, CEO of BP Capital, for 20 years. Gena joined Versant Capital Management in 2024, building on her previous collaboration with Royce Ramey at Tolleson Wealth Management.

Born and raised in Texas, Gena holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from West Texas A&M University. She lives in Dallas with her husband, Gene, and enjoys spending time with their adult children and grandchildren.
