Kim Carvalho

Office Manager | Executive Assistant, Phoenix

Kim Carvalho is the Phoenix Office Manager and is an Executive Assistant, where she oversees day-to-day operations to support clients, industry partners, and staff. She ensures the Phoenix office runs smoothly and facilitates seamless and efficient coordination across departments, clients, and vendors.

Before joining Versant, Kim dedicated 20 years as the Deputy City Clerk and Deputy City Treasurer for the City of Del Rey Oaks, California. In these roles, she worked with city officials, residents, and external agencies, honing her organizational and administrative expertise.

A northern California native, Kim earned an Associate of Science degree from Monterey Peninsula College. She moved to Arizona in 2018 to be near her daughter and family. In her free time, Kim enjoys crafting, watching classic movies and documentaries, and spending time with her daughter, son-in-law, and grandson.
