Rachael Reese, CFP®

Managing Director
Dallas/Phoenix

Rachael works with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families on the opportunities and complexities that accompany significant wealth. Drawing on nearly two decades of experience, she helps clients integrate investment management, estate planning, philanthropy, trust structures, wealth transfer, and family governance strategies in a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach. Rachael is particularly passionate about helping women through major life transitions and guiding families as they prepare future generations for the responsibilities of wealth. She is known for her collaborative approach, and she serves as a trusted advisor who brings clarity to complex family situations and helps families align their wealth with their long-term values and legacy objectives.

Over the course of her career, Rachael has had the privilege of working alongside families through life’s important transitions and decisions. She started her career at Kanaly Trust Company in Houston, spent 15 years serving families at Tolleson Wealth Management, and most recently advised multi-generational families at AlTi Tiedemann. These experiences have shaped her belief that successful wealth management is as much about relationships, values, and legacy as it is about finances.

Rachael earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Personal Financial Planning with a minor in Business Administration from Texas Tech University. Rachael was the recipient of the Family Wealth Alliance Young Professionals Award (2022) and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (TM).

Based in Dallas with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs, Rachael enjoys traveling and outdoor activities. Rachael is actively involved in National Charity League, where she volunteers alongside her oldest daughter and supports initiatives that promote services, leadership, and philanthropy across generations.
