Jennifer Kirksey leads operational strategy, technology integration, human resources, and client service efficiencies at Versant Capital Management, helping to ensure the firm’s continued growth and enhanced offerings for high- and ultra-high-net-worth families.
With over two decades of experience in wealth management, Jennifer brings deep expertise in operational leadership. Before joining Versant, she served as Deputy Chief Operating Officer at Tolleson Wealth Management, overseeing Client Operations, Reporting, and Client Bookkeeping. Her leadership extended across client reporting, investment partnership activity, custody, bill payment, bookkeeping, and cash flow statement preparation. She was also a key contributor to Tolleson’s Executive Committee, Trust Committee, Risk Committee, and SEC Compliance Committee, shaping firm strategy and governance.
A recognized thought leader in the industry, Jennifer has been a featured speaker at the Pershing BNY Mellon Conference, SS&C Conference, and ThinkAdvisor Webcast, sharing insights on wealth management strategies for ultra-high-net-worth clients and the role of technology in delivering personalization at scale. She has earned industry accolades, including the Family Wealth Report’s Women in Wealth Technology award (2022) and recognition as one of F2 Strategy’s Top Women in Wealth Tech (2024).
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. She serves on the boards of YPO Mustang Dallas and the Experience Innovation Board. In addition, Jennifer is a member of F2’s Wealth Executive Forum and Family Wealth Alliance’s COO roundtable. She lives in Dallas with her husband and two sons.
