Jennifer Kirksey Named Chief Operating Officer at Versant Capital Management

Jennifer brings over two decades of experience in the wealth management industry. Before joining Versant, she was Deputy Chief Operating Officer at Tolleson Wealth Management, leading Client Operations, Reporting, and Client Bookkeeping teams. Her leadership extended across critical functions, including client reporting, investment partnership activity, custody, bill payment, bookkeeping, and cash flow statement preparation. Additionally, she played a key role in Tolleson’s Executive Committee, Trust Committee, Risk Committee, and SEC Compliance Committee, contributing to the firm’s overall strategy and governance.
Recognized as an industry thought leader, Jennifer has spoken at prominent industry events, including the Pershing BNY Mellon Conference, SS&C Conference, and ThinkAdvisor Webcast, where she has addressed topics such as wealth management strategies for ultra-high-net-worth clients and personalization at scale in wealth management. In 2022, she was awarded the Women in Wealth Technology award by Family Wealth Report, and in 2024, she was named one of the Top Women in Wealth Tech by F2 Strategy.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. She is actively involved in nonprofit initiatives and is on the board of YPO Mustang Dallas. Jennifer resides in Dallas with her husband and two sons.
