Elizabeth Shabaker appointed to Arizona Community Foundation’s Professional Advisory Board
Phoenix, AZ – September 27, 2023 – Versant Capital Management, Inc., an independent family office, wealth management, and registered investment advisory firm (RIA), announced today that Elizabeth Shabaker, CFP CDC, has been appointed to the Arizona Community Foundation’s Professional Advisory Board.
The Arizona Community Foundation is a bridge between donors and nonprofit organizations that support Arizona’s communities. The Foundation stewards the gifts placed in their care with an eye toward permanence and growth while awarding millions of dollars in grants and scholarships each year.
The Professional Advisory Board is the Foundation’s advisory committee of professional advisors that provide strategic planning, guidance, and oversight of outreach. The Board is comprised of 40 professional advisors who are skilled in personal estate-related matters and are recognized as leading, trusted advisors in the community. Board members include estate planning attorneys, certified public accountants, trust officers, investment advisors, financial planners, insurance agents, valuation advisors, and other bankers and advisors.
Liz Shabaker is a co-owner and co-CEO of Versant Capital Management, managing the firm’s strategic direction and delivering Versant’s mission of helping families reach their financial goals. Her extensive experience assisting wealthy individuals and families across multiple generations to develop their philanthropic legacies makes her a good choice to help advise the Foundation.

Board members are selected through a nomination process and serve a three-year term.
