PHOENIX and DALLAS — August 25, 2026 — Versant Capital Management, Inc., an independent wealth management and multi-family office firm, announced that Chief Operating Officer Jennifer Kirksey has been named a finalist in the Chief Operations Officer of the Year category for the 2026 WealthManagement Industry Awards, commonly known as the “Wealthies.”
Now in its 12th year, the Wealthies recognize companies, individuals and organizations for achievements that support the success of their respective firms. This year’s program drew a record 1,392 nominations from more than 500 companies.
Kirksey oversees Versant’s operations, technology and infrastructure, with a focus on building systems and processes that support the firm’s advisors as Versant continues to grow. Her leadership has included advancing the firm’s use of technology and artificial intelligence, improving workflows and reducing manual processes so advisors can devote more of their time and expertise to helping client families navigate their financial lives.
“Jennifer has an ability to see both where we are today and what we’ll need as we grow,” said Elizabeth Shabaker, CFP®, CDC, Co-CEO of Versant Capital Management. “She understands that strong operations aren’t simply about efficiency. They give our advisors the tools, information and capacity to do their best work for our clients. This recognition is well deserved.”
Beyond her leadership at Versant, Kirksey is an active contributor to industry conversations around operations, technology and the future of wealth management. She is a member of F2 Strategy’s Wealth Executive Forum and the Family Wealth Alliance’s COO Roundtable and has shared her expertise at industry conferences and forums on topics ranging from technology and AI to serving ultra-high-net-worth families.
