Jennifer Kirksey Named Dallas Business Journal Women in Business Honoree

Dallas, TX – July 15, 2026 – Versant Capital Management announced today that Chief Operating Officer Jennifer Kirksey has been named a 2026 Women in Business honoree by the Dallas Business Journal.

Each year, the Dallas Business Journal recognizes 30 women who are making an impact within their organizations and helping shape the North Texas business community. Honorees were selected from more than 200 nominations by a judging committee comprised of past Women in Business recipients and Dallas Business Journal newsroom leaders. Selections were based solely on each nominee’s merits, achievements, and contributions to their organization and community.

At Versant Capital Management, Kirksey has led the modernization of the firm’s operational and technology infrastructure, helping position the independent, employee-owned multifamily office for continued growth while enhancing the client experience.

“Jennifer’s leadership has helped create the foundation that allows our firm to grow while supporting our clients, our employees, and our long-term vision,” said Royce Ramey, CFA®, Co-CEO and Chief Investment Officer of Versant Capital Management.

Kirksey has more than two decades of experience in financial services and oversees the firm’s operational initiatives across its Dallas and Phoenix offices. Her leadership has strengthened the firm’s systems and processes while fostering an environment that supports employees’ professional development, collaboration, and community engagement.

“I’m honored to be recognized alongside such an accomplished group of women,” said Kirksey. “This recognition reflects the work of our entire team. Every improvement we’ve made has been driven by people across the firm who embrace change, collaborate generously, and are committed to serving our client families.”
